ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Laura and I am the author of this website. I am from the UK but I am currently living and working in Grand Cayman. I started my career as a science teacher in 2003 and began specializing in autism education in 2008. I am also a trained Gestalt counselor and keen amateur photographer!

I decided to write about autism last year when the world turned upside down, as a way to share what I have learnt over the years. As it turned out the process of trying to put what I have learnt into words taught me a lot too which was a bonus!
